The Academy of Film, Theatre and Television is proud to present the 24 hour project! This collaboration between the first year film students and acting students happens within the first few weeks of joining AFTT to kick-start their course with a fun, creative and hands on project.

There are many elements that go in to making a film; the cinematography, the characters, the equipment, the music and the story. But why is storytelling so central to being a film-maker?

AFTT (Previously ACTT) graduate Joshua Hamilton has taken his skills overseas, taking Japan by storm with his new TV Series. We caught up with him to hear his story.

Kailah Cabanas graduated from AFTT (Previously ACTT) Advanced Diploma of Stage and Screen Acting and after producing excellent work in her student shows as a straight actor, went on to develop into a world-class puppeteer and physical performer, touring internationally with War Horse and for the last year or so as a member of Cirque du Soleil.
