Alec Ebert recently graduated from AFTT’s Acting course, so we caught up with him to find out, why acting?

We have been looking at the examining criteria to help you prepare for your performances. Here, we focus on three main areas you should be working on.

Jack Domenici is a graduating film student at AFTT, finishing up his course this month, June 2017. Recently getting a job working as a Camera Technician for Panavision, he told us his story.

This May’s production of Love and Information, directed by Luke Rogers was a fine example of the well-honed craft and talents of our students. The show was highly complex, with the 13 actors playing a large range of characters across more than 70 scenes, it placed great demand on the actor’s energy and precision.

The five C’s of cinematography, as outlined by Joseph V. Mascelli could then be argued to be fundamental concepts essential to filmmaking. Each concept must be carefully considered when producing, shooting and editing a project to ensure the highest quality outcome.
